Aromatics 8: Athletes, Dancers & Essential Oils

This course teaches natural methods for staying healthy with the use of essential oils for specific situations faced by athletes and dancers.

Curriculum:

The course includes:
  • Specific information on hardships of strenuous exercise (such is that experienced by as ballerinas) and what to do about them
  • How injuries, sprains, strains, and scoliosis can be treated naturally
  • How to overcome depression, anorexia, and stage fright and stay motivated
  • How to use simple energy techniques that improve concentration, energy, and performance
